Bachelor's degree in life science, business administration, marketing or related discipline; Advanced Marketing or Business qualification is desirable; Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese; Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience within marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in multinational pharmaceutical corporations; Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business growth and to advocate innovative ideas from concept to delivery; Demonstrates winning culture & adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and meeting tight deadlines; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required; Strong networking skills to create win-win solutions with solid negotiation tactics.
