Job Responsibilities
- Ownership of full B2B, from lead generation to deal closure, by delivering AI-generated social listening solutions to clients within the Commercial Sector. - Foster new client relationships through proactive outreach, i.e. cold calls, networking, etc., and leverage existing relationships to upsell business. - Identify customer requirements and liaise with various departments to design, specify and advise on the most suitable solution. - Articulate value proposition to clients, assess buying interests, pitch relevant solutions and T&C. - Strengthen existing and new long-term client relationships and ensure consistent satisfaction. - Understand clients’ needs and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and product. Minimum Requirements
- University graduated, preferably in IT/Business major. - 1-2 years working experience related to Sales, preferably in IT field (welcome to fresh graduates). - Positive, mature, disciplined, motivated with good interpersonal skills. - Outgoing, energetic and good at communication. - Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English. - Aggressive and Independent. - Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executive.
