Our client is looking for an IT Support to serve senior executives in the organization.
Responsibilities
Offer top-tier IT support to senior executives, quickly resolving technical issues.
Configure and upkeep workstations, mobile devices, and meeting room tech for flawless executive operations.
Anticipate and fix IT problems to ensure uninterrupted service for users.
Support audio-visual and conferencing systems for high-profile events.
Protect sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
Team up with IT crews and vendors to maintain robust tech solutions.
Educate users on IT tools and security practices.
Apply security updates to devices, adhering to company policies.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in IT or a similar field.
3+ years in IT support, including 1+ year aiding executives.
Skilled in ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
Expert in hardware, software, mobile devices, and networks.
Experience with AV and video conferencing setups.
Knowledge of Active Directory, SharePoint, and Intune.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Proven discretion with confidential info.
Strong troubleshooting and proactive problem-solving.
Excellent people skills for engaging with leadership.
Independent worker with high service standards.
Familiar with ITIL and incident management.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
