You'll work alongside talented professionals to support the Equities Trading Services Technology team, focusing on delivering critical pre-trade risk compliance and inventory management solutions across asset classes. Role Overview As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of strategic projects for the Equities Technology group. This position emphasizes projects in the Asia region, requiring collaboration with teams across the software development lifecycle to implement real-time trading solutions and manage trading data for analysis. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, working with functions like Risk, Compliance, Execution Services, and Operations. Document business requirements in Confluence and technical specifications in JIRA. Analyze and interpret large datasets to ensure requirements and solutions are comprehensive. Establish and enforce project governance, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders. Support the implementation of strategic architecture and assist portfolio managers with data consumption. Participate in initiatives spanning execution services, post-trade processes, and reference data. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in Technology, Electronic Trading, Risk, and/or Compliance, preferably at an investment bank or hedge fund. Hands-on expertise in business analysis and delivering projects across the SDLC. Deep understanding of Asian markets, including exchange rules and workflows. Experience with inventory optimization or treasury/margin management is a plus. Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and other database tools. Excellent communication skills to interface with development teams, users, and senior stakeholders. Familiarity with development methodologies, including waterfall and agile. Why Join Us?
