Implement training & development plans & strategies that align with business objectives. Liaise with line managers to identify training needs and develop related programs. Facilitate brand, product & sales training to frontline staff and deliver retail management training to store managers. Oversee the allocation of store training resources and the store training feedback process. Evaluate the training effectiveness and conduct action plans for enhancement/improvement. Job Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Studies or related disciplines. Min. 8 years of solid training/coaching experience in Sales and CS, team management and store operations. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Excel & Photoshop. Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Training Officer. Immediate availability will be an advantage.
