Company Website Job Description The Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for driving the creation, management, and maintenance of sustainable merchandising revenue growth both Promotional Merchandise & Consumer Products business across key retail accounts in all channels of distribution. This role combines new business development, sales leadership, strategic marketing development, and operational management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and target markets to drive sales growth, with a primary market focus on Asia Pacific. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by developing distribution channels, building strategic business relationships, and formulating innovative business development strategies. Provide vision and execution for all sales strategies. Strategic Planning & Reporting: Prepare and present business plans, sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Team Leadership & Partnerships: Manage and motivate sales representatives and distributor partners to implement retail sales growth initiatives. Develop promotions, execute sell-in strategies, and activate key retail strategies that align with strategic marketing, sales, and brand portfolio initiatives. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to the sales team. Qualifications: 5+ years of account management experience in toys, consumer products, or promotions. Experience with licensed consumer products and toys is a plus. Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing presentation skills. Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets. Strong understanding of product development, product ranges, and key categories. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Experience in developing and executing marketing programs to support revenue growth. Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market is a plus. Social media savvy & in tune with current cross-category trends. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position.
