Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm (working hours can be negotiated) Location:
branches (HK island/ Kowloon/ New Territories) Responsibilities: Answering basic customer enquiries at branches Guiding customers to relevant staff for providing professional services and cross-selling opportunities Job Requirements: Tertiary education or above Mature, responsible and self-motivated Good communication and customer service skills Good command of spoken Chinese and English Proficient in using mobile apps, tablets, and PC
