Leading a team of sales gurus to ensure monthly sales targets are exceeded. Monitoring weekly call, meeting & email KPIs for each team member. We provide hot leads daily, so ensure lead allocation is fair and consistent. Join team members on pitches to improve closure rates. Solution selling! We offer a range of services from SEO, SEM & Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Full training provided. What we need:
A sales leader with management experience. An experienced Digital Sales Strategist with SEO & SEM knowledge. Digital agency experience is ABSOLUTELY essential. A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills. Speed and ability to hit deadlines that you set for yourself. Cheery on top:
