Assistant Manager / Manager, Night Shift Settlement, Clearing and Operations3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Work in mid / night shift to support the post-trade processing and settlement for US market and clients; Handle post-trade processing, i.e. trade matching via CTM, trade confirmation etc, of securities and futures in HK / US and other overseas markets and performing settlement in back office system; Deal with custodians and clients on settlement issues, and escalate to management and business promptly; Handle the client’s instructions on sub-accounts setup, SSI, CTM, fund deposit/withdrawal and securities transfer instructions; Monitor the operations are processed in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements; Handle ad-hoc projects as required. Requirements Degree holders in finance or related disciplines; In-depth knowledge in back office operations, regulatory requirements and operational risk management; Knowledge of financial products and market practices; Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; Hands-on experience in the operation of CCASS and DTC; Familiar with International matching and clearing platforms such as DTC, CTM DTCC and Ny FIX is preferred; Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers;2 - 5 years’ relevant experience in settlement and financial industry preferred; Basic knowledge in derivatives products is preferred.
