Job Responsibilities:
Identify retail banking business system requirements and produce specifications, covering money collection and payment via ATM, Self-Service Machine, FPS, APP, SVF, Card, Cardless, E-wallet, etc. Contribute to system revamp according to strategic direction, business plan, and regulatory updates. Establish detailed acceptance test procedures; manage, coordinate, and conduct joint testing; document user procedures and provide user training. Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient development and implementation of solutions. Requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking or personal banking business. Good hands-on knowledge and experience in business and data analytics. Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to deliver quality solutions, and the ability to build cordial relationships with technical colleagues and business partners.
