Responsibilities: Develop new VPN & VAS products and manage existing VPN & VAS products, as standalone products and/or VAS supporting VPN or ISP services. Monitor market trends and evaluate new solutions and technologies from telco and vendors, transforming them into marketable and profitable products. Arrange product testing with vendors and internal parties. Coordinate with partners and internal departments to define service workflow and support logistics. Prepare and update product pricing, cost calculations, product items and descriptions, service specifications, and product support documents. Arrange product training and provide product support to internal departments. Job Requirements: University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in the IP network and/or managed value-added service business, familiar with all product lines including traffic reports, WAN optimization, network performance monitoring, VoIP, video conferencing, and related VAS. Possess integrated technical knowledge of network, system, security, and network management tools. Strong business sense in developing new products. Manage and negotiate with different suppliers and partners. Mature, with good interpersonal skills and commercial mindedness. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
