Your role within the team: Under P&C Asia team, act as a key person to manage and handle full spectrum of daily C&B related functions for Asia regions. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for full spectrum of HR compensation & benefits functions, including but not limited to monthly payroll, benefits & insurance, MPF & taxation Preparation and execution of monthly salary & payroll for local and regional offices Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations for compensation and benefits for regional offices Conduct regular administration and review on staff benefits including employment related insurance, medical benefits coverage, on & off-boarding procedures etc. Perform other C&B related assignments as requested by management Maintain the employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate Implement HRIS, monitor and maintain quality data analysis Prepare and consolidate HR related reports Assist in organizing company activities and employee engagement events Support any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related discipline At least 5+ years of experience, solid in Compensation & Benefits, FMCG industry & regional exposure is highly preferred In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong payroll, Employment Ordinance, MPF, and relevant taxation legislations Good communication, self-motivated and able to work independently Proactive, well organized, attentive to details and willing to learn Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Office Word, Excel (pivot table & vlookup), PowerPoint Excellent command in both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) H&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
