Our client is one of the Top Global IT Vendors. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Finance professional to oversee the FP&A and serve as a Business Partner and Controller to ensure the financial health of the organization in Australia. Responsibilities: • Manage the FP&A and Controlling functions in Australia with P&L responsibilities • Handle annual operating plan, forecasting, and cash management • Act as a Business Partner to the Country Manager in contract negotiation and management, revenue recognition, audit and tax • Formulate strategies for contributing to business development and market expansion and to resolve critical issues • Expand the Accounting and Finance team in Australia Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines with CPA or relevant qualifications • Over 10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with at least 5 years in the capacity of Finance Director or Controller • Solid experience in FP&A and IT Software Revenue Recognition with strong Accounting/ Controlling background • Experience in Merger and Acquisition and Integration is highly preferable • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with all levels internally as well as with customers • Independent with strong leadership and people management skills • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English • Willing to travel
