The Executive Vice President (EVP) will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving global business strategies and overseeing the company's commercial and operational excellence. This role is responsible for crafting and executing strategies that maximize organizational performance, enhance brand positioning, and deliver sustainable growth across all markets.
With full P&L accountability, the EVP will lead a team of professionals to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity. It is a pivotal role in expanding our footprint, transformation, and ensuring operational efficiency across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer experience, to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Drive expansion strategies, identifying and optimizing opportunities in established and emerging markets.
Establish and implement operating models that ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with market needs.
Act as a strategic advisor to the President and Board of Directors on global market trends, competitive positioning, and business opportunities.
Commercial and Financial Excellence
Assume full P&L responsibility for the company’s operations.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management across all regions.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Lead retail and other channels’ distribution strategies, including new market entry, store expansion, and omnichannel integration.
Brand and Market Positioning
Ensure a consistent, premium brand presence across all markets and distribution channels.
Drive global product innovation and oversee successful product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty worldwide.
Provide leadership in creating tailored marketing and sales strategies for regional teams to meet local market demands.
Operational Excellence and Transformation
Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Oversee the development and execution of inventory, pricing, and product assortment strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of corporate governance.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and inspire diverse teams, cultivating a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Mentor and develop senior leaders across regions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners, suppliers, and investors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of APAC leadership experience in senior commercial or executive roles within the luxury retail industry.
Proven track record of driving profitable business growth and managing full P&L responsibilities.
Strong expertise in global market trends, business development, and operational excellence.
Experience leading large-scale retail or omnichannel operations, including store management, e-commerce, and wholesale.
Deep understanding of both developed and emerging markets, with particular expertise in Greater China and APAC.
Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and elevating the retail experience.
Fluency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
