Salary: HKD75000 - HKD100000 per month + Bonus Associate Director, IT Audit Company: Our client is a large local conglomerate in Hong Kong, which plays a vital role in retail, property development, property management, hospitality, facilities management and construction sector. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as Associate Director, IT Audit to work closely with the growing team. Responsibilities: Responsible for fulfilling the audit mandate, including strategic planning, direction and priority setting, quality management, organisation and resources deployment. Initiate, plan and execute the IT audit of the Group under the IT audit framework. Handle the risk-based annual audit planning exercise. Prepare the Audit Plan for the responsible audit portfolio to ensure proper coverage. Support the senior management by addressing risk and control issues with the objective to improve systems of internal controls and project delivery. Responsible for improving the audit methodology to ensure effective and consistent audit assurance. Support the review and updating of audit standards and guidelines to ensure continued appropriateness. Support the preparation of the Group Audit Operating Plan. Requirements: University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or relevant disciplines plus relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, ACFE or equivalent. Minimum 10 years and preferably with broad IT Audit experience in internationally recognized accounting firms or in-house roles. Strong technical knowledge of risk and control in various IT domains such as IT infrastructure, Agile software development, as well as other key areas including Digital transformation, Project management, Information security and Data management. Good spoken and written English, with Cantonese / Mandarin a plus.
