Information Security
team require 1 Information Security Analyst to work within the team who run the operational security tooling used by Melco. Ensuring that the tooling is maintained in accordance with Policy and ITIL standards. Working to ensure no downtime and continually removing any controls breaks found across the platform. Supporting these systems and to oversee the cloud/on-premises infrastructure security and relevant operation and implement security controls to align with industry-standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer cybersecurity tools, such as DLP, Web Security Gateway, MDM, VPN, Vulnerability Management, Server Policy Compliance Management, PIM, IAM and MFA. Work with IT to troubleshoot and support the core Information Security Tooling used across the company. Participate in evaluating, planning, and implementing new cybersecurity technologies and systems. Create, identify, and enhance processes that may leverage new or existing technologies to improve protection or reduce risk. Responsible for managing DLP enhancement. Triage of information security incidents. Review firewall change requests and assess organizational risk. Participate in internal audit and prepare risk assessment reports associated with IT infrastructure, system accesses, and potential threats/risks. Experience with ITIL methodology. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Service Now ticket remediation statistics. Ability to communicate and work across multiple tech teams. Skills / Competencies: 3+ years’ relevant experience in information security. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior position. 2+ years’ experience with installation, configuration, and administration of DLP System. Experience with multiple operating systems security: Windows 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/8/10, MacOS, Unix, and Linux. Understanding of network design, architecture, OSI model, and TCP/IP. Exposure to Cloud computing. Knowledge of industry standard scoring models such as CVSS, CCSS. Knowledge of encryption, such as PKI, Kerberos, SSL. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related scientific or technical discipline. PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Displays a high commitment to delivering results. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (and preferably Cantonese or Mandarin). Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Must be able to identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization. Effective organizational and time management skills required.
