We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our company as Head of Management Office.

Principal responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Client Management of HSIL, the job holder is accountable for leading the Management Office to provide effective support in achieving business objectives.  This role involves delivering strategic solutions that drive long-term and sustainable revenue growth while ensuring organisational alignment.
• Oversee HSIL’s BRCM covering the risk identification and mitigation and to foster a culture of accountability to ensure robust compliance.  Ensure proper controls are in place for all business risks
• Develop governance frameworks and ensure corporate governance processes and requirements within HSIL and with HASE are fully complied
• Lead the business plan formation and implementation to drive long-term business growth and synergy across the organisation.
• Drive initiatives and projects for HSIL’s change execution and transformation.  ensuring effective implementation and alignment with overall strategic goals.
• Identify and nurture key partnership and manage external relations to align with HSIL’s strategic objectives.
• Manage communications works that enhance HSIL’s visibility and social value, and strengthen stakeholder relationships including Advisory Committee.
• Oversees finance function including budgeting and forecasting, analyse business performance to drive organisational growth and to support strategic decision making.
• Monitor and analyse operating costs with implementing cost controls to enhance profitability; Administer accounting, billing and accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversees the general administration function to ensure efficient and effective operations that align with business goals.
• Lead co-ordination for HSIL with HASE Infrastructure Teams for collaboration, oversight and governance.

• University degree with at least 10 years of experience in banking and financial industry, Strategy and Partnership Management, Transformation and Change Management, Risk Management, Operations or related area
• Strong track-record in managing complex operations at enterprise level
• Strong influencing skills to engage and lead positively in an inspiring manner
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills with experience in working with executive level
• Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
