Understand the trend of the entertainment industry and the evolution of consumer needs across different segments, to develop insights and drive actionable next steps to cope with the changes. Articulate market insights and identify business potentials for driving business growth through incorporating multiple sources of data and information.
Business Analysis & Strategy Development:
Conduct business reviews and apply the learnings into business strategies, develop comprehensive marketing strategic plans & by-campaign briefs with Go-to-market strategies to drive HKDL brand awareness, achieve business goals (attendance, hotel occupancy & overall revenue) across China.
Team Collaboration & Campaign Execution:
Establish partnerships with cross-functional working teams (Activations, Customer Engagement, eCommerce, etc.) to implement multi-channel marketing plans and deliver various initiatives.
Performance analysis & Budget Management:
Evaluate performance against KPI, partner with Consumer Insights to: (1) develop consumer understanding initiatives; (2) track campaign performance and brand health measures; (3) evaluate potentials to tap various consumer segments. Manage and develop the annual budget plan and by-quarter budget forecast.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree holder, major in marketing or business. 8 years of marketing experience in the China market. Deep understanding of China digital platforms including WeChat, Xiaohongshu & Douyin. Marketing experience in a fast-paced work environment preferred. Substantial understanding of the rationale and professional interpretation of consumer research. Strong capability in articulating consumer & market insight. Strong analytical and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a broad range of stakeholders internally and externally. Media know-how to derive media briefs and assess media recommendations. Given the wide use of touchpoint marketing, needs to be equipped with disciplined training gained from conventional marketing for evaluating the use of unconventional media.
