Job Description Our client, a leading conglomerate, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team to work on one of their biggest financial projects. It will be a long-term project involving a large number of stakeholders. They are looking at ways in which they can improve their processes across these areas. The ideal candidate will have: 3-6 years' experience in BA/PM A proactive, passionate personality Experience writing workflow diagrams and user stories Experience working with vendors and stakeholders Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Responsibilities: Perform business analysis and requirement gathering to support business initiatives and project or related issues Collect, analyze, and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications and drafting workflow diagrams Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on an as-needed basis Communicate with different stakeholders, business units, vendors, and developers
