ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Butler Services Manager in overseeing the daily operation and performance of the butler team Observe guest preference and habits, anticipate their needs by providing unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite manner Review arrivals and departures for accuracy and completeness, prepare daily operation reports and review butler checklist Monitor and manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching Review and update the departmental SOPs with approval of the Director of Guest Experience Update the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile section REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel in similar capacity Commitment and passion in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detail Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain guest relationships Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must. Any additional languages will be valuable
