We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Liabilities and Secure Lending Division (LFM) as Senior Manager & Team Lead, Product & Process Management, Mortgage .

Principal responsibilities

• Lead the team to manage the end-to-end application processing for mortgage lending including application, credit approval, pricing controls and perform close monitoring to ensure the service standards and expected turnaround time are met
• Maintain close relationship with stakeholders (including mortgage sales teams, operation teams and credit approvers) to keep abreast of business trends and conduct analysis to facilitate management’s decision making
• Conduct pricing approval to acquire quality mortgage business and improve overall profitability
• Monitor outsourcing activities to perform operational activities and ensure the service quality
• Review and simplify process flow to uplift operational efficiency and shorten end-to-end turnaround time
• Manage projects and implement controls to fulfill the business needs or regulatory requirements

• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years’ retail banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending as an advantage
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
