Responsibilities: Strong stakeholder management at all levels and vendor management experience. Strong leadership in managing multiple work streams and day-to-day project activities concurrently. Chair project meetings and facilitate large group discussions and IT workshops. Pay attention to details and follow through issues independently. Proactively drive and deliver projects according to project milestones and KPIs within the agreed budget and timeline. Prepare and monitor multiple project plans and their activities. Work closely with work stream leads remotely in various office locations to prepare weekly progress reports and communicate project progress to Senior Management. Ensure project risks & issues have appropriate mitigation plans and lead action owners to the closure stage. Apply all relevant project standards & governance, tools, and techniques, ensuring that project-specific standards are applied. Job Requirements: University degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines. 10+ years hands-on experience in IT project management and software delivery. Proven track record in managing a large scale project with at least two years project duration. Experience running projects under a Lean/Agile methodology. A good understanding of the system development life cycle in real-time high transactional systems. Effective communicator to different levels of stakeholders and can present complex ideas and technical details in layman's terms. Demonstrate a proactive working attitude to achieve common goals with good influential and negotiation skills. Strong oral and written English language skills. Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage. Project management certification is preferred. Experience in working in a DevOps environment is preferred. Experience in managing mid to large scale application software development projects in a complex three-tier environment utilizing asynchronous middleware, Microsoft SQL for data storage, and a Solace (Tibco based appliance) for the middleware with some front-end systems written in .Net/C# is an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
