Job Responsibilities Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Gather and analyze data to inform business development strategies. Lead Generation:
Utilize various tools and techniques, including online platforms, networking events, and cold outreach, to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients. Project Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives, including coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication. Performance Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation metrics, and pipeline status to inform management decisions and measure success. Continuous Learning:
Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business development efforts. Org-Chart Maintenance:
Maintain the GCN Products Sales org-chart. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager (e.g., SAP/office management like travel expense accounting, material orders, assist in Salary/Bonus/Sales Incentive review for Regional Sales Teams). Job Requirements High diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2 years and above working experience in sales support or business development function. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Good command of Microsoft Office including PPT and Excel. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
