We’re now looking for a dynamic Senior Cook to join Pirata, our flagship Italian rooftop restaurant on Hennessy Road.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the sous/head chef(s) during service. You will work across the hot and cold sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Setting up work sections
• Preparing hot and cold dishes
• Supporting your colleagues when needed
• Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all times

Requirements

• Possess a genuine interest in cooking.
• At least 1 year experience 
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
