Develop comprehensive training programs tailored for aspiring Store Managers, focusing on leadership, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives. Facilitate training sessions and workshops using innovative teaching methods to engage participants. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and managers to foster professional growth and development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder from any disciplines. At least 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of enhancing team performance. Energetic, positive, and adaptable, with a passion for fostering a collaborative learning environment. Highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Ability to structure and deliver the full training cycle including in-person activities, Zoom trainings, e-learnings, and other digital tools. Jewelry knowledge is a plus. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager.
