Lead sales initiatives and manage P&L responsibilities for Shopee, concentrating on Southeast Asian markets Prepare monthly stock forecasts, plan sales and promotions, compile bi-weekly reports and share insights Act as the gatekeeper to ensure accurate pricing in accordance with internal guidelines Collaborate with buyers, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations for Shopee One teammate to support on daily operations Report directly to the team manager, support any ad-hoc tasks assigned Requirements University graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in eCommerce / retail management preferred Experienced in cross-border marketplaces and eCommerce operations is absolutely advantage Good numerical sense and able to analyze data Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel Fast learner and willing to face challenges Strong communication in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; other languages will be an advantage Seniority level
