Handle potential guest enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
Ensure the entire sales cycle is properly handled with guest expectation and satisfaction
Ensure and maintain seamless coordination with the banqueting service team and other relevant parties
Solicit any catering and event business opportunities with existing or potential clients
Maintain exemplary customer relationships
The Requirement
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Catering Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in catering sales
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
