Responsibilities:
Providing assistance to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Reply to merchants via Whatsapp and record all inquiries (Technical support, Examine, Inquiry application progress, etc.)
Identifying customer needs, finding solutions to problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist compliance with risk control and chargeback investigations.
Requirements:
Higher diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong team spirit and willing to take up challenges and multi-task effectively.
Able to handle work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
