Country Manager (China-Hong Kong focused)Ensure ISCA China-Hong Kong’s full compliance with local laws and regulations. Develop strategic partnerships supporting ISCA’s goals and members' interests. Drive operational efficiency to meet key performance indicators. You will do so, via the following: Relationship building Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. local government agencies, associations, universities). Network and source partnerships with Singapore-linked companies, large MNCs, and Big4. Onboard Accredited Training Organizations (ATOs) to support SCAQ students’ learning journey. Facilitate university module exemptions with the SCAQ team. Operational Support Coordinate business trips, ensuring efficient planning of travel arrangements, meetings, and documentation. Support event management for seminars, workshops, and exhibitions, covering logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event activities. Provide administrative support for sales meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups. Develop local content for Boardflix (China–Hong Kong) by local partners. Business Development & Sales Growth Design and execute lead generation strategies through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and co-organized events with market partners to enhance ISCA’s brand visibility. Conduct client needs assessments and deliver customised sales presentations to promote ISCA’s products and services. Manage the full sales cycle from negotiation to closing B2 B and B2 C deals, ensuring seamless post-sales engagement. Identify and pursue membership/sales growth opportunities in collaboration with local accountancy bodies. Requirements: Degree in Accountancy, Marketing or any related disciplines.10 to 15 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Development or in similar roles. Excellent presentation skills, communication skills (written and oral). Experience in working with government agencies is a plus. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of financial processes and documentation. Independent worker with the ability to also collaborate effectively as part of a team. Resilient and adaptable, with a growth mindset and the ability to learn quickly. Comfortable working in target-driven, fast-paced environments, with a focus on achieving results.
