Senior Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandising Manager (SDA product) About the Company: My client is a global leader in PFAS-free ceramic non-stick cookware, offering innovative, sustainable kitchen solutions. The Role: You will be responsible for sourcing product assortments, particularly for the US market. Your role will involve overseeing daily merchandising operations, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring quality and timely order execution. Oversee daily merchandising operations, including costing, product development, and mass production follow-up. Conduct market research and generate ideas for product line-ups. Foster positive working relationships and provide leadership to strengthen the team. Guide the team to ensure customer satisfaction through systematic follow-ups at each production stage and timely order execution. Collaborate proactively with the merchandising team, factories, and technical teams to guarantee quality in delivered kitchen appliances. To succeed in this role, you will have: Around 5-7 years of experience with small kitchen appliances products, such as heating appliances (indoor grills, air fryers, pressure cookers), motorized appliances (blenders, choppers), and beverage makers (coffee machines, tea kettles), preferably in a merchandising capacity within a multinational company.
