To formulate brand and business development strategies to define an outstanding brand image, positioning, and achieve sales targets. To manage health and skin care product development projects from initiation, planning, sourcing, sampling, testing, design development, pricing, positioning to roll-out. To manage P&L to drive market share and sales. To develop ATL & BTL materials to promote the brand image. To provide product training to the sales team. To regularly review and measure the effectiveness of sales & marketing plans. To ensure inventory levels of products are well planned and controlled within a reasonable volume. To analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets. Job Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum of 8 years work experience in Brand Management. Minimum 3 years’ proven track record in brand management, product development, and project management. Experience in the health/beauty care industry, purchasing, and sourcing is highly preferred. Strong sense of market-focus with strategic thinking and problem-solving tactics. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and multi-tasking skills are required. Good time management and able to work under tight deadlines and overtime. Aggressive, creative, efficient, organized, and energetic. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
