Information Technology Department Job Functions:
Information Technology Responsibilities: Assisting QA Manager in determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality/testing procedures, standards and/or specifications. Working with QA Manager and System Development teams to review and improve overall quality of deliverables. Supporting QA Manager in writing QA reports and procedures. Helping to coordinate QA meetings and initiatives among the group. Assisting in recording, analyzing and distributing data and statistics regarding quality management. Requirements: University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline. Some working experience in IT, particularly a good understanding of the workflow of the system development life cycle, is preferred. Hands-on software development experience from user requirements to systems implementation is a definite advantage. Certification in one or more of the following professional disciplines: QM, PMP is a definite advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently, self-motivated, with a strong analytical mind. Good writing skills in both Chinese and English. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
