What the role is? This Business Analyst role sits in our IT Department and delivers various business objectives for the High-Net-Worth (HNW) client’s segment. Key Duties include: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the HNW system. Workshop Facilitation: Arrange and facilitate workshops to discuss and refine project requirements with key stakeholders. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, coordinate, and manage UAT activities to ensure the system meets business needs and requirements. Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation. Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Project Support: Assist the project manager in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. What we look for? Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. At least 5 years of experience in insurance projects, including New Business and Policy Administration. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders. Experience with UAT planning and execution. Knowledge of High-Net-Worth client requirements and financial systems. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred. Seniority level
