We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for Canada, Hongkong and Germany. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in managing staff, overseeing inventory and logistics, and developing new menu items. This role will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.

• Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including inventory, logistics, and staff
• Develop new menu items and oversee the execution of existing menus
• Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality and meet company standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Manage budget and cost controls for the department
• Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Ensure that all staff members are trained and knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the food and beverage department
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
• 1-10 years of experience in food and beverage management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and laws
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Experience with budget management and cost controls
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
