Communications and Public Relations Job Purpose: • Support execution of the Bank’s digital marketing and social media content strategy as an integral part of its marketing communications efforts. • Support execution of marketing and PR campaigns for the retail bank, including segments, products, services, and channels as necessary. • Provide administrative support to the Communications and PR team. Job Responsibilities: • Support the growth and performance of the Bank’s overall digital and social media strategy and presence, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn, KOL/affiliate resources, etc. • Execute and manage the Bank’s social media content strategy and social media platforms in line with our overall digital and social media strategy. • Support execution of marketing communications campaigns for the Bank's retail banking products, services, and channels as necessary, including but not limited to ATL and BTL promotions, PR promotions, digital/social media marketing, POP displays, events, and sponsorships. • Coordinate with external vendors (including digital agency resources) on production and other projects for accurate, timely, and quality execution and delivery. • Liaise with creative agencies and other external parties on digital creative development, media placement, and production for branding and marketing campaigns. • Support and coordinate tracking, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics to assess marketing ROI on digital channels. • Support/coordinate daily news coverage monitoring, A&P expense monitoring, invoicing consolidation, marketing calendars, stationery, and/or other inventory management, ITD coordination, as well as other routine department administrative work as necessary. • Where necessary, support corporate and CSR activities (e.g., sponsorship and volunteer work).
