RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling company secretarial matters for listed and private companies, including preparation and filing of statutory documents for companies incorporated in various jurisdictions
Assisting in preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars etc
Assisting in organizing board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings and preparing related documentation
Providing day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handling ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder with associate membership of HKICS or ICSA or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in listed company and corporate governance
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good interpersonal skills trainable, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Able to work independently, common sense, great judgement and under pressure
