We work with renowned brands like Dr. Martens, DVF, Logitech, Momax, Onitsuka Tiger, Mead Johnson, New Era and Tineco(添可) to tackle complex ecommerce go-to-market, platform migration, and growth challenges. Wave Commerce is also the creator of OMNI Loyalty, an omnichannel customer loyalty solution used by leading ecommerce businesses to boost customer engagement and build loyalty. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Associate at Wave Commerce in Hong Kong. The Digital Associate will be responsible for ecommerce development, project management, CRM and/or digital marketing tasks to support our ecommerce clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing Shopify sites, executing client tasks and projects, implementing ecommerce technologies, digital marketing campaigns and/or optimizing customer experiences for client online D2C businesses. Qualifications Interpersonal skills, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies Demonstrated interest in the area of ecommerce or digital technologies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus Seniority Level
