Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in assigned portfolios Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs Assist in budget control Requirements
Degree / higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Familiarity with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
