Salary: HKD95000 - HKD115000 per month + Bonus Associate Director, FP&A We are assisting our client, a leading organization in technology, ERP, digital transformation, and cloud solutions, in hiring an Associate Director, FP&A to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Lead the financial and strategic planning process Deliver value-added reports, analyses, and recommendations Review business and financial performance monthly Collaborate with various business units during budgeting and forecasting Identify and monitor key business drivers, and report impacts Initiate and lead process/system enhancement projects Handle ad hoc projects as required Requirements: Degree in accounting, finance, or related field with recognized accounting qualification 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A Industry experience in IT/Telecommunication/SaaS is essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Good computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
