Job Description: Develop and implement retail leasing strategies to meet business objectives. Conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports on retail store performance. Lead retail development projects, overseeing location assessments, progress tracking, and issue resolution. Cultivate strong relationships with real estate professionals to secure ideal sites for business expansion. Manage leasing negotiations and contracts, ensuring seamless coordination with relevant departments. Supervise daily property team operations for efficient facility management. Create and oversee budget plans and rental forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Property Management, Facility Management, or related fields, with a minimum of 8 years of managerial experience. Demonstrated expertise in property management with a commercial focus. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
