Direct message the job poster from Lacoste1) Animate and maintain Supply Chain performance routines Define Supply Chain KPI tree and set performance targets jointly with supply chain operational leaders Animate KPI tree routine and engage Operations team in the improvement of KPIs Animate regular performance reviews (daily/weekly/bi-monthly), root causes analysis, action plan tracking with regional teams (Hong Kong) and Distribution/Markets team (Japan, Korea, China etc.)Act as a “Control Tower & Gate Keeper” of Performance standards2) Promote performance culture Maintain high analytical and problem-solving standards (DMAIC, 5 why's, Ishikawa diagram) by constantly challenging root causes framing and consistency Develop and lead performance related trainings (based on Lean concepts, KPIs) to build Operational excellence awareness and capabilities within the supply chain team in Asia region Promote performance culture (LEAN…) & Problem solving standards (corrective action plans)3) Influence projects and corrective actions prioritization considering their financial impact Ensure accurate calculation of cost impacts related to performance gaps vs standards Project prioritization through definition of clear ROI, Business cases along with Financial impacts Design financial business cases based on operational inputs to drive decision making Deploy standardized cost savings calculation methodology to ensure proper measurability of improvements.4) Communicate periodic supply chain performance results Provide periodic Supply Chain performance cost bridge to relevant stakeholders Ensure aligned comprehension across the organization of the Supply Chain performance Embody performance improvement plan into Budget and re-Forecasting cycles Keep track of major project progress & performance5) Contribute to process standardization, streamline, and risk management Support Operations & Supply Chain in standard processes definition Assess global Supply Chain streamline opportunities (flow optimization)Risk management on critical path activities (occurrence, impact and contingency/improvement plan)6) Secure BI reports quality and relevance Link with BI teams to ensure data quality and reports maintenance. Help in the design of BI report for operational and supply chain functions (dashboards, KPI etc.)Support new BI deployments by translating operational needs into IT specifications and by tracking project execution Educate and train on BI relevance in the region Job Requirements Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Engineering8+ years of work in Finance, Supply Chain / Operations environment Strong financial acumen and expertise in controlling Experience in operational performance within and industrial / manufacturing environment Proficient expertise and experience in continuous improvement / Lean approaches related to supply chain High analytical skills and database knowledge30% controlling & 70% operational performance Willing to travel: approx. 10% of time Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with excellent usage of MS Office Fluent in English, any additional Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Supply Chain, Analyst, and Engineering Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
