Identification, development, and implementation of effective sales strategies to generate leads and expand customer base aggressively. Coach and lead a small team in achieving sales targets and providing training on product knowledge and selling skills. Handle and monitor the daily sales operation closely. Prospect new customers, explore ways to reach target customers, and conduct face-to-face presentations leading to deals. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and analysis reports. Job Requirements
Degree holder with at least 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in the payment solution industry. Knowledge of online media and the food & beverage industry is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills. Independent, able to work under pressure, presentable, aggressive, and result-driven with a proven sales track record. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
