We need a high-performing, results-driven B2B sales freelancer to secure corporate contracts for our private GP and doctor-led home care services. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. Role Overview: - Generate high-value B2B leads for our private GP and doctor-led home care services - Pitch to HR teams, insurance providers, and corporate wellness decision-makers - Convert leads into long-term contracts for employee health benefits and business healthcare packages - Develop partnerships with home care providers, nursing homes & assisted living facilities - Set up strategic alliances with businesses that need corporate healthcare solutions Essential Attributes & Skills - Sales & Business Development Expertise - Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales – must have experience in private medical services, corporate healthcare, or health insurance - Strong networking & negotiation skills to close high-value contracts - Ability to create compelling proposals & pitch decks for corporate decision-makers - Experience selling to HR teams, insurance companies, or occupational health departments Lead Generation & Market Knowledge - Ability to research and target businesses that benefit from private GP services (corporate companies, care homes, insurance firms, etc.) - Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting & cold calling - Understanding of NHS vs. Private Healthcare models Partnership & Relationship Management - Strong ability to build strategic partnerships with care homes, private hospitals & insurance firms - Experience negotiating long-term contracts & retainer deals - Ability to manage corporate accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Essential) - Knowledge of CQC regulations & how private GP services fit into corporate healthcare - Experience working with insurance providers like BUPA, AXA, or Aviva
