Cloud Solutions Architect (Pre-sale role)

Key Responsibilities: Understanding clients’ requirements and designing technical solutions on AWS/Azure that address clients’ requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Act as a consultant to assist customers in navigating their own cloud journey. Work closely and support the sales team from a technical perspective. Collaborate with a team of architects and engineers to create technical documents and proposals. Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical presentations, and seminars. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community. Requirements: 2+ years' experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or a similar role in IT cloud solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of cloud computing technologies on AWS and other cloud computing trends (e.g., Azure, AliCloud is a plus). Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS/Azure is preferred). Proven experience architecting, designing, and programming applications in an AWS/Azure Cloud environment. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work to drive customer success. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Solution Architect. Preferred Requirements: Professional certifications (AWS/Azure). Proven experience in strategic planning and business development. Knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Cybersecurity. Architectural knowledge of data center infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage infrastructure, and virtualization. Immediately available candidates will be preferred.
