Responsible for project scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling. Lead and collaborate extensively with internal teams and client representatives. Communicate and liaise with the project stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand and analyze clients' business needs, prepare business cases, and recommend solutions. Negotiate with business counter-parties on technical issues and provide solution designs. Responsible for general project administration, including preparing agenda, minutes, evaluation reports, and following up on agreed actions after meetings. Job Requirements
Higher Diploma/Degree holder and above in Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of project management and delivery experience of enterprise scale projects. Excellent client-facing skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with senior client representatives and diverse groups of stakeholders. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Native fluency in written and verbal English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an additional advantage). Real-life Agile implementation projects, and professionally certified as Scrum Master is an additional advantage. Web content management systems implementation experience is an additional advantage.
