Executive Officer II (2500133) About the Role
The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support to the work portfolio under the purview of the Director and his delegate(s) in the Global Research Institute for Finnish Education (GRIFE). Responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to academic programmes, conferences, forums, committees, and meetings. Handling enquiries and maintaining procedures following the University’s policies and guidelines. Managing confidential documents/information and compiling statistical data for reporting. Drafting correspondence, emails, and presentation materials. Managing projects and organizing activities and events. Participating in duty trips if needed. Working closely with internal and external parties and performing other duties as assigned by the Director or his delegate(s). The appointment will last until 30 June 2026. Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should have: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of post-qualification full-time working experience, preferably at the administrative or executive level in tertiary education institutions. Experience in programme enrollment and student support, teaching/scholars coordination is highly desired. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua). Good time and change management, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. The ability to adapt to a multi-complex tasking and fast-paced work environment, work under tight deadlines, and work after normal office hours. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits. Application Process
