IT Project Specialist ,M365 Migration [6-Month Contract] (CAST-241003) Hong Kong
Our Client is a leading global IT service company. They are currently looking for a contract project manager to join their team, focusing on M365 migration projects to support one of their finance service clients. Key Contributions: Lead and manage M365 migration projects for the finance service client, ensuring successful implementation within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project milestones and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions effectively to key stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. Core Expectations: Degree Tertiary or above qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 4 years of project coordination experience, preferably in IT infrastructure; experience in M365 projects would be an advantage. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and related technologies. Good understanding of Agile methodology. Good command of English and Cantonese.
