Our client is a global retail group and they are looking for an SAP System Specialist/Manager to join their team.
Job Description Report to department head, lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in SD & MM modules, ensuring successful system deployment and integration. Involve in project implementation including user requirement alignment and functional specification design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT development, basis, and other BUs to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of the system. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization after system go-live. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, with a focus on SD & MM data, implement data governance and security measures. Provide support and user training to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. 5-6 years' working experience in ERP system implementation, with SAP S/4 HANA integration experience, preferably working in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG industries. Proficiency in managing SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules. Familiarity with FICO (Finance & Controlling) and/or PP (Plan Maintenance) is a plus. Knowledge in ABAP is an absolute advantage. Excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal skills. Solid vendor management experience, being a strong influencer and executor with a proven track record. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Candidates with more experience will be considered at the Manager grade.
