What you’ll do Project management - work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Product, Technology etc.) and external stakeholders, make sure the projects are executed on a timely basis, e.g. Travel rule implementation; Able to handle volume spikes, prioritize work and ad hoc projects to meet the demands from KYC and Transaction Monitoring Team strategically; Be responsive to queries about the investigations and related risk mitigation measures raised by Business and Support Units; Produce compliance publications and communications to applicable stakeholders; Design compliance-related workflow to support business and operational-related work; Incubate local compliance program. What you’ll need Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. 4 to 7 years of experience in a Compliance role in a financial institution. Project management and business analysis skills are highly preferred. Ability to interact effectively with Business Units, Product Units and build effective working relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must. Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
