Entertainment Lead - 6-12 months contract

Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the Entertainment Programs (such as Parade, indoor & outdoor performances) within the theme park or hotels depending on the assigned role
- Animate a team to ensure safety and high quality of performance according to the performance guidelines
- Train, coach and develop subordinates
- Support clerical work as needed, for example but not limited to compile reports, schedules and plans
- Serve as a communication relay between the management and front line Cast Members
- Handle Guests’ comments and enquiries
- Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
- Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift
- Graduated from tertiary education is preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership position, experience in customer service an advantage
- Open-minded & good team player
- Good reactivity and ability to face stressful situations
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy active work nature
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua. Knowledge in other language(s) a plus
- Prossession of driving license is a plus
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
